Rimini Park dressage training and clinics
French dressage master Phillipe Karl's revolutionary School of Lightness method is gaining well deserved and widespread attention. I am now in the final stages of becoming an authorised School of Lightness trainer and I incorporate the method into the dressage lessons and regular clinics I give. Click here to contact us to find out about having a lesson or attending one of the clinics

You can read all about Phillipe Karl and his approach to horsemanship at his website www.philippe-karl.com

"I just wanted to update you on our progress... I cannot believe the difference this wonderful method has made to Millie even though I am not a very advanced rider"
Laura and 'Oni'

Laura recently started lessons with me with her horse Oni. Here's some quotes from emails Laura sent me following our first lessons, they illustrate how well and relatively quickly this typical young rider and green horse responded to the School of Lightness method

Whats your opinion on Oni? I like her but as you probably know i dont trust her because of her reactive nature, she makes me nervous at times. Thats definitely a concern of mine...
Really got lots out of monday
Cheers Laura

Since our lesson i've noticed small changes in Oni. Still grinding teeth / tuneing out etc. but she's not as inclined to run through transitions, she's trying hard to please...

Oni after having 5 days off was fantastic level headed. Not as pushy, really tried. Little steps but much happier horse!
Cheers Laura

Rimini Park progeny success

New Zealander para-equestrian Rachel Stock recently competed at the 2012 Paralympic Games in London with Bates Rimini Park Emmerich (aka "Ricki").

Ricki was bred at Rimini Park out of RP Zimran and a mare by Flaneur, and trained by Nadine before being sold as a 4 year old.

Rachel and Ricki won both the NZ 2012 Horse Of The Year Championships and the ESNZ New Zealand National 2012 Championships.

Rachel's story is really inspiring. Check out her website at www.nzparalympian.com
